Amazingly Hot : Chili Crab Recipe

2 pcs crab
½ cup flour
¼ cup cooking oil
1 onion, finely chopped
ginger, chopped
4 pcs garlic, chopped
5 pcs red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups tomato paste sauce
1 cup water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

How to cook:

Wash the crab thoroughly.
Divide the crab into two.
Sprinkle with flour and fry the crab. Set aside.
Sauté garlic, onion, ginger and bell pepper.
Add the remaining ingredients: tomato sauce, water, soy sauce, chili sauce, rice wine vinegar and brown sugar.
Boil and cook for 15 minutes.
Put back the crab into casserole and cook for another 10 minutes.
Season with salt.
