American Pan Roasted Seabass
Ingredients:
- 1 kl. Seabass
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Cooking Procedure:
- Clean the seabass.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In a preheated pan with olive oil, fry the seabass.
- Set aside on a platter.
- Seabass is best served with potato or sweet potato, risotto of Asian vegetables or just plain rice.
