- 1 ½ pounds beef sirloin tips
- 1 can (10 ½ ounces) tomato puree
- 1 ½ tbsps. chili powder
- 2/3 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. water
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. onion flakes
- In a sauce pan brown meat lightly on all sides over medium heat.
- Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook until meat is tender and sauce is thick; about 45-60 minutes.
