Beef Teriyaki
- ½ kl. Beef tenderloin, sliced thin
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ tsp. ginger, cut finely
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- MSG (ajinomoto)
- sesame seed
Procedure:
- Mix all ingredients to make sauce except beef.
- Marinate beef in sauce overnight, put in refrigerator.
- Turn occasionally.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until meat is cook. (or Broiled over charcoal)
- Baste with sauce occasionally.
- Springkle with sesame seed.
- Serve hot.
