Beef Teriyaki

Ingredients:beef teriyaki

  • ½ kl. Beef tenderloin, sliced thin
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ½ tsp. ginger, cut finely
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • MSG (ajinomoto)
  • sesame seed

 

Procedure:

  1. Mix all ingredients to make sauce except beef.

  2. Marinate beef in sauce overnight, put in refrigerator.

  3. Turn occasionally.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until meat is cook. (or Broiled over charcoal)

  5. Baste with sauce occasionally.
  6. Springkle with sesame seed. 
  7. Serve hot.
