Broiled Tilapia with Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs. Tilapia, filleted
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon/lime juice
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 1/3 c. chopped radish
  • ½ tsp. dried red pepper, crushed

Procedure:

  1. Coat fish with oil, lemon and salt.
  2. Broil fish at least 12 cm. from heat source for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
  3. While fish broils, combine pineapple and remaining ingredients.
  4. Top fish fillets with pineapple salsa.
