Buttered Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsps. butter
  • 1 pound mushrooms

Procedure:

  1. Wash mushrooms; cut off stem ends.
  2. In pan,melt butter. Add mushrooms and sauté over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cover pan; cook for about 2 minutes.
