<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Mix well. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Marinade beef for 10 minutes. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Heat oil in pan. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Saute onion then add the beef (drained from the marinade). </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Stir fry unti; meat is brown. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l2 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Add carrots and the marinade and let simmer until meat is tender. </li>

</p>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Warm oil in a pan, sauté onions, tanglad, fish head, bones and scraps. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Cook for about 3 minutes then add water. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">After simmering for about 20 minutes, pour the stock through a sieve and discard contents of sieve. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Bring stock to a boil and add the sinigang mix, pineapple, bamboo shoots, red chili and fish sauce </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Add tomatoes and fish meat and continue to simmer for 5 minutes until fish is cooked.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&#160; </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Add the bean sprouts and season with salt and pepper. </li>

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Cover and simmer for at least an hour. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Rub chicken with rock salt. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Stuff with garlic, ginger and leeks. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Put the chicken into the broth. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Bring to a boil, then lower heat. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Invert chicken then simmer for another 30 minutes. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Fill a big bowl with ice and water. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Lift cooked chicken out of the pot and immediately dip it into the ice bath. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Invert once and then remove.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&#160; </span>This procedure will tighten the chicken skin and seal in the flavors. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">Drain well. </li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in">When ready to serve, cut chicken into serving pieces. </li>
