Christmas Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 cup unsalted butter
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 3 cups All Purpose Flour
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 1 pc. Egg
• Sanding Sugar, for topping (colored)

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 450 ºF 

2. Cream off butter and sugar

3. Beat in egg and vanilla

4. Add up baking powder and flour, one cup at a time

5. Roll with rolling pin on a floured surface

6. Cut out shapes with cookie cutter, dipping the cutter into flour with every use

7. Sprinkle cookies with colored sanding sugar

8. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly golden.
