Cold Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

• 4 cups left over pasta
• 2 cups left over sausages, cut into thin slices
• 1 pc. celery stalk, cut into thin slices
• ½ cup lemon olive oil dressing
• 4 pcs. fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips (optional) 
• Salt
• Pepper

Cooking Procedure:

1. In a bowl, toss all ingredients with lemon-olive oil dressing.
2. Season as needed.

Lemon-olive oil dressing

Juice of 1 lemon

½ cup olive oil

½ tsp lemon zest

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

• In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well-blended.
