French Onion Soup

1 tbsp. butter

¾ c. sliced onion

1 beef bouillon cube
-
2 ½ c. boiling water
-
1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
Procedure:
- Saute onion in butter until light brown.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.
- Add to cooked onion and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot with bread.
