Fried Fish Fillet

Ingredients:fish fillet

  • 1 ½ pounds fish fillets
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 3 tbsps. corn meal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsps. butter or margarine

Procedure:

  1. In a small bowl, combine flour, corn meal and salt.
  2. Dredge fish in flour mixture to coat both side.
  3. Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.
  4. Place coated fish in pan; cook on each side 5 minutes, or until flaky.
