Fried Fish Fillet
- 1 ½ pounds fish fillets
- 1/3 c. flour
- 3 tbsps. corn meal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsps. butter or margarine
Procedure:
- In a small bowl, combine flour, corn meal and salt.
- Dredge fish in flour mixture to coat both side.
- Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.
- Place coated fish in pan; cook on each side 5 minutes, or until flaky.
