Sangkap: porkchop

  • 1 kl porkchop
  • 2 bote barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 tasa worchestire sauce
  • ½ tasa kalamansi juice
  • 1 tasa asukal na pula

Paraan ng pagluluto:

  1. Paghalu-haluin ang barbecue sauce, worchestire sauce, kalamansi juice, at asukal na pula.
  2. Ibabad ang karne sa pinaghalong sangkap sa loob ng magdamag.
  3. Ihawin ang karne, bali-baligtarin habang pinapahiran ng natirang pinagbabaran.
  4. Hanguin kung luto na. Ihain.
