Inihaw na Porck chop
- 1 kl porkchop
- 2 bote barbecue sauce
- 1/3 tasa worchestire sauce
- ½ tasa kalamansi juice
- 1 tasa asukal na pula
Paraan ng pagluluto:
- Paghalu-haluin ang barbecue sauce, worchestire sauce, kalamansi juice, at asukal na pula.
- Ibabad ang karne sa pinaghalong sangkap sa loob ng magdamag.
- Ihawin ang karne, bali-baligtarin habang pinapahiran ng natirang pinagbabaran.
- Hanguin kung luto na. Ihain.
