Ingredients:kebabs

  • 4 bite sized pieces of pork
  • 4 chicken liver
  • 2 sausages halved
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, halved
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cocktail onions
  • 4 small mushroom caps
  • 2 bamboo skewers (30cm. long), pre-soaked in water

     

Procedure:

  1. Brush pork, liver and sausages with oil.
  2. Prepare the kebabs by skewering the ingredients on the 2 sticks in the following order – green bell pepper, mushroom, sausage, tomato, liver, onion, pork, onion, pork, sausage, mushroom, liver, tomato and green bell pepper.
  3. Grill 10cm. from heat source for 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness, turning once.
