Kebabs

4 bite sized pieces of pork

4 chicken liver
-
2 sausages halved
-
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
-
1 green bell pepper, halved
-
4 cherry tomatoes
-
4 cocktail onions
-
4 small mushroom caps
-
2 bamboo skewers (30cm. long), pre-soaked in water
Procedure:
- Brush pork, liver and sausages with oil.
- Prepare the kebabs by skewering the ingredients on the 2 sticks in the following order – green bell pepper, mushroom, sausage, tomato, liver, onion, pork, onion, pork, sausage, mushroom, liver, tomato and green bell pepper.
- Grill 10cm. from heat source for 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness, turning once.
