Low Fat – Saucy steak
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lb Beef cubed steak
- 1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom Soup
- 1/3 c Plain low fat yogurt
- 1 tbs Dry white wine
- 1 cn (4 oz) sliced mushrooms
- paprika
Preparation:
- Place meat in a microwave safe 12 x 7 1/2 x 2" baking dish.
- Cover with clear plastic wrap; vent by leaving a small area unsealed at edge of dish.
- Microcook on 100% (HIGH) for 6 to 8 minutes or until done, turning the meat and rearranging once.
- Let meat stand, covered, while preparing sauce.
- For sauce, in a 2 cup microwave safe measure cup, stir the soup, yogurt, and wine.
- Stir in mushrooms.
- Cook, uncovered, for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through,stirring once
- .Transfer the meat to a serving platter.
- Pour the sauce over.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
