Malaysian Sour and Spring Prawn Recipe
- Sugpo, tanggalin ang balat
- 2 tangkay ng tanglad, gilingin
- ½ tasa ng katas ng sampalok
- ¼ tasa asukal
- 1 kutsarita katas ng lemon
- Asin
- 6 sibuyas tagalog
- 3 bawang
- 4 macadamia nuts
- ½ kutsarita turmeric powder o dilaw na luya
- 1 kutsarita bagoong
- 2 kutsara chili paste
Paraan ng Pagluluto:
- Gilingin ng pino ang sibuyas tagalong, bawang, macademia nuts, turmeric powder, bagoong at chili paste gamit ang blender.
- Igisa ang giniling na sangkap.
- Isama ang katas ng sampalok at tanglad at igisa ng 2 minuto.
- Ihalo ang sugpo. Timplahan ng asin at asukal.
- Hanguin ang sugpo kapag luto na at lagyan ng katas ng lemon.
