Pinoy Style Gravy -licious
- 1/2 butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 pc. chicken cubes
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 medium carrot, minced
- 2 cups water
- pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Melt butter in frying pan.
- Combine flour, and chicken cube, stir constantly, until sauce thickens.
- Add onion, carrots and gradually water and bring to boil, stir continuously.
- Set aside.
** use this gravy in fried chicken, sizzling porkchop, sizzling squid and sizzling shrimp.
