Pinoy Style Gravy -licious

Ingredients:gravy

  • 1/2 butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pc. chicken cubes
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 medium carrot, minced
  • 2 cups water
  • pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter in frying pan.
  2. Combine flour, and chicken cube, stir constantly, until sauce thickens.
  3. Add onion, carrots and gradually water and bring to boil, stir continuously.
  4. Set aside.

** use this gravy in fried chicken, sizzling porkchop, sizzling squid and sizzling shrimp.
