Pork and Coconut Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150 g. pork kasim, sliced thinly filipino recipe
  • 2 cups buko juice
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 (30g.) pork sinigang flavor mix 
  • 1 pc. Shredded buko meat
  • 2 cups bulaklak ng kalabasa, cut up

Procedure:

  1. Boil pork, then combine buko juice and water.  
  2. Cook until tender, or for about 15 minutes. 
  3. Add pork sinigang flavor mix until it boils. 
  4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 3 minutes. 
  5. Serve hot.
