- 150 g. pork kasim, sliced thinly
- 2 cups buko juice
- 1 liter water
- 1 (30g.) pork sinigang flavor mix
- 1 pc. Shredded buko meat
- 2 cups bulaklak ng kalabasa, cut up
- Boil pork, then combine buko juice and water.
- Cook until tender, or for about 15 minutes.
- Add pork sinigang flavor mix until it boils.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
