Pork Chop Dinner

Ingredients:mushroomporkchops

  • 4-5 pork loin or rib chops
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 2-3 medium unpeeled potatoes, cut into ½ inch slices
  • 1 can (10 ½ ounces) condensed mushroom soup
  • Cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Brown pork chops in preheated pan about 5-6 minutes on each side. Season.
  2. Layer potato slices on chops and spoon soup over potatoes.
  3. Cover; reduce heat to low.
  4. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
