- 4-5 pork loin or rib chops
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2-3 medium unpeeled potatoes, cut into ½ inch slices
- 1 can (10 ½ ounces) condensed mushroom soup
- Cooking oil
- Brown pork chops in preheated pan about 5-6 minutes on each side. Season.
- Layer potato slices on chops and spoon soup over potatoes.
- Cover; reduce heat to low.
- Cook until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
