Shrimp tofu sauté

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ kg. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • ¼ kg. tofu, cut into 2.5 cm. cubes
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large nonstick pan.
  2. Add garlic, shrimp and tofu.
  3. Saute for about 4 minutes or until shrimps begin to turn pink.
  4. Add lemon juice and parsley.  Stir for about 1 minute.
