- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ kg. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- ¼ kg. tofu, cut into 2.5 cm. cubes
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- Heat oil over medium heat in a large nonstick pan.
- Add garlic, shrimp and tofu.
- Saute for about 4 minutes or until shrimps begin to turn pink.
- Add lemon juice and parsley. Stir for about 1 minute.
