Shrimp with vegetables
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. celery, sliced diagonally
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- ½ c. sliced spring onions
- ¾ c. shrimps, shelled
- 1 c. fresh bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Procedure:
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry celery until bright green.
- Add mushrooms and spring onions and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add bean sprouts and shrimps.
- Toss lightly until shrimps are done.
- Sprinkle with soy sauce.
