Singaporean Chicken Satay Recipe
- ½ kl Manok (chicken breast)
- 1 sibuyas, tadtarin
- 4 bawang, tadtarin
- 2 siling pula, tadtarin
- 2 kutsarita ground coriander
- 1 kutsarita ground cumin
- ½ kutsarita asin
- 1 kutsara toyo
- ¼ tasa mantika
- 1 kutsara asukal na pula
Paraan ng Pagluluto:
- Hiwain ang manok ng 6cm pahaba at 2cm ang lapad.
- Tuhugin ng bbq stick ang manok.
- Paghaluhaluin sa food processor ang sibuyas, bawang, sili, coriander, cumin, asin, toyo hanggang maging pino.
- Ipahid sa tinuhog na manok ang ginawang sangkap.
- Ihawin ang manok at pahiran ng kaunting mantika at asukal na pula habang iniihaw.
