Singaporean Chicken Satay Recipe

Sangkap:chicken satay picture

  • ½ kl Manok (chicken breast)
  • 1 sibuyas, tadtarin
  • 4 bawang, tadtarin
  • 2 siling pula, tadtarin
  • 2 kutsarita ground coriander
  • 1 kutsarita ground cumin
  • ½ kutsarita asin
  • 1 kutsara toyo
  • ¼ tasa mantika
  • 1 kutsara asukal na pula

Paraan ng Pagluluto:

  1. Hiwain ang manok ng 6cm pahaba at 2cm ang lapad.
  2. Tuhugin ng bbq stick ang manok.
  3. Paghaluhaluin sa food processor ang sibuyas, bawang, sili, coriander, cumin, asin, toyo hanggang maging pino.
  4. Ipahid sa tinuhog na manok ang ginawang sangkap.
  5. Ihawin ang manok at pahiran ng kaunting mantika at asukal na pula habang iniihaw.
