Singaporean Recipe : Chicken Satay
- ½ kl. chicken breast
- 1 pc onion
- 4 pcs garlic, chopped
- 2 pcs bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup cooking oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
How to cook:
- Cut the chicken lengthwise with 6cm and 2cm wide.
- Skewer the chicken on the sticks.
- Mix onion, garlic, chili, coriander, cumin, salt, and soy sauce in food processor to be refined.
- Apply the mixture in the chicken recipe.
- Grill the chicken and wipe some oil and brown sugar while grilling.
