Singaporean Recipe : Chicken Satay

Ingredients: image

  • ½ kl.  chicken breast
  • 1 pc   onion
  • 4 pcs  garlic, chopped
  • 2 pcs  bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tsp  ground coriander
  • 1 tsp  ground cumin
  • ½ tsp  salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup  cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

How to cook:

  1. Cut the chicken lengthwise with 6cm and 2cm wide.
  2. Skewer the chicken on the sticks.
  3. Mix onion, garlic, chili, coriander, cumin, salt, and soy sauce in food processor to be refined.
  4. Apply the mixture in the  chicken recipe.
  5. Grill the chicken and wipe some oil and brown sugar while grilling.
