Sizzling Squid
- 1 kl medium or large squid
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 95 grms. baguio beans
- 1 carrot, sliced in round
- 2 pcs. green bell pepper
- 1 tbsp. hot sauce
- Pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Saute squid, onion, beans, bell pepper, and carrots in margarine unitl squid and vegetables are tender.
- Add hot sauce and pepper.
- Place sizzling plate greased with margarine on a burner with low fire.
- Put mixed ingredients on plate, pour gravy.
- Serve.
