Skillet Garlic Clams
- ½ kl clams, washed and cleaned
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Procedure:
- In a preheated skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until light golden brown.
- Add the clams and stir to coat the shells with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and continue cooking until the clam shells open.
- Discard any unopened shells.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
