Steamed Lobster with Garlic-rosemary Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Lobster, washed, trimmed and deveined, head, skin and tail intact
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped lobster
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary
  • ½ pc chicken broth cube
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Procedure:

  1. To make the sauce, heat together olive oil, garlic and rosemary over low fire.
  2. Allow mixture to simmer until garlic is translucent.
  3. Add chicken broth cube and stir to melt.
  4. Add lemon juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Transfer to sauce bowl and set aside.
  8. Steam lobster until it turns red.
  9. Serve with garlic-rosemary sauce.
