Steamed Lobster with Garlic-rosemary Sauce
Ingredients:
- Lobster, washed, trimmed and deveined, head, skin and tail intact
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- ½ pc chicken broth cube
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Procedure:
- To make the sauce, heat together olive oil, garlic and rosemary over low fire.
- Allow mixture to simmer until garlic is translucent.
- Add chicken broth cube and stir to melt.
- Add lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- Transfer to sauce bowl and set aside.
- Steam lobster until it turns red.
- Serve with garlic-rosemary sauce.
