Valentine Chocolate Clusters
Ingredients:
- 1 package (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp. peanut butter
- 3 cups corn flakes
- ½ cup peanut
Procedure:
1. Pour 1 inch of water in Sauce pan and bring to boil over medium heat.
2. Place chocolate chips and peanut in pudding pan over boiling water.
3. Stir to blend and melt.
4. Remove from heat when melted.
5. Stir in corn flakes and nuts; mix thoroughly.
6. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper. Cool.
