  • You can lose more weight if you start exercising or walking for half an hour daily.

  • Drink a glass of freshly squeezed lemon water daily to lose weight and promote colon cleansing.

  • It is also important to exercise when losing weight. Exercise will help you burn off any additional calories and speed your diet, it also make you feel good about yourself and add a boost to your metabolism.

  • It is important to maintain a healthy and strong metabolism when you are trying to lose weight.
