Yakitori or Grilled Chicken Recipe
- Pigi ng manok, walang balat at buto
- Toyo
- Asukal
- Maple syrup o honey
- Barbeque sticks
- Mirin o saki, mabibili sa Japanese specialty store
- Japanese leek
Paraan ng pagluluto:
- Hiwain ang manok ng 3 x 2 x 2 cm.
- Maghalo ng 4 kutsara ng toyo, 3 kutsara ng asukal, kaunting honey, mirin at tubig.
- Ibabad ang manok sa pinaghalong sangkap.
- Maghiwa ng sibuyas. Mga 3cm ang haba at ituhog ito kasama ang pirasong manok sa bawat stick.
- Ihawin o ihulma sa init na 200ºc.
